Luxxe Property Solutions was built from the ground up by operators who have been inside the units, managed the crews, and felt the pressure of a move-in deadline. Founded by a service-disabled veteran, the company started in student housing turns and grew through consistent execution, honest pricing, and a refusal to overpromise.

Over five years, we have turned more than 20,000 beds across Texas, Arizona, Washington, North Carolina, Ohio, Missouri, and Oregon for some of the largest names in student housing. That operational foundation now supports a broader range of facility services, including government contracting.
